TownePlace Suites by Marriott Syracuse Liverpool

My sister and I each booked rooms last minute to extend a relaxing weekend with our kids. 30 minutes after we checked in, I received a call from my parents saying they were in an accident (no one was hurt) but stranded in Watkins Glen. I immediately packed back up and went to the front desk and let them know I needed to leave for an emergency and I understood if they couldn’t but I’d really appreciate a refund. They said they’d do the best they could and when I got the electronic invoice 30 minutes later and it was no charge! Best staff and the rooms were awesome! The kids loved the breakfast the next day and the pool. The location was easy to find and tons of restaurants, gas stations, and easy on and off from the highway! Look forward to staying there for real in the near future. Thank you so much Marriott for having compassion in a world that rarely shows any!

Really nice hotel for a very reasonable price. Clean, modern, and quiet. Our only slight issues was that there was never anyone at the front desk and no bell to ring. We waited quite a while to check in, and no one was there when we needed help in the morning. Understaffed liked everywhere I suppose! Anyhow we would definitely come again even so.

One of the better Marriott properties near Syracuse, NY. Brand new hotel, suite are lovely. The breakfast lacks quality and variation.

I recently spent one night in this hotel while visiting family in Syracuse. Initially there was no one at the front desk when we arrived, but once the employee came out she was very friendly and informative. I was very pleased with the size of the room and the bathroom. Everything appeared to be clean and well-kept. I had my two dogs with me and the staff were very welcoming to them, even offering treats. There was quite a lot of grassy space around the hotel, so plenty of room for doggie potty breaks. I checked in late and left early, so I wasn’t there for too long, but it was enjoyable and I would stay here again.

Room was clean thankfully. Arrived very late at night and it took the front desk a good amount of time to show up and unlock the door. Check in was speedy however thankfully. Unfortunately no where does it state construction is ongoing and as a top tier elite member, I was disappointed we got put on the 3rd floor and woken up at 8am by crashing bangs above us with no notice until we entered the elevators ourselves.

Overall great. Room service does not follow the Monday only cleaning but did a great jump cleaning. We being worked on but was not bad.

Amazing service, we had a few issues on our first night but the manager Jesse was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Room was great, but foundation broke my first night and never was offered to be replaced. Nothing like getting thrown out of bed. Lol. Thank goodness for 2nd bed in room. Overall, it was a great experience. Love the fireplace and grills.
